New York system opens 65K-square-foot outpatient facility

Far Rockaway, N.Y.-based Episcopal Health System has opened a 65,000-square-foot outpatient center in Far Rockaway.

The Walsh Ambulatory Pavilion provides services including primary care, behavioral health, obstetrics and gynecology, endocrinology and gastroenterology, according to an April 17 news release from Episcopal Health System. 

The five-floor facility also includes the EHS Cancer Center and an endoscopy center. 

Capital Impact Partners, Capital Peak Partners, Chase Bank, Cityscape Capital Group, New York City Regional Center, New York State Department of Health, Nixon Peabody and Nonprofit Finance Fund served as funding partners for the center, the release said.
