New Jersey home to undergo medical office building conversion

A 23,648-square-foot mixed-use property in Brick, N.J., is set to become a medical office building, according to an April 29 report from the Brick Shorebeat.

The conversion plan for the residential-commercial building and its associated parking received approval from the Brick Township planning board the week of April 22. 

The conversion application was submitted by real estate investment trust BreMar Holdings.
