New ASC, short-stay hospital coming to Louisiana — 4 insights

Dapper Holdings purchased 13.78 acres in Bossier City, La., and plans to build a 10-bed short-stay hospital and ASC on the property, KSLA News 12 reports.

1. Bossier City sold the land for $1.4 million.

2. Dapper Holdings is constructing the facilities for an undisclosed tenant.

3. A boutique hotel and office space will be developed alongside the center.

4. City Attorney James Hill said while a medical facility wasn’t what the city had in mind for the property, the development will allow them to rethink what’s possible for the property.
