New ASC, medical building proposed in New Jersey

Atlantic City, N.J.-based AtlantiCare has proposed to build a medical office building with an ASC in Stafford Township, N.J., app.com reported Oct. 30.

The proposed building would be two stories and 40,000 square feet. The first floor would include medical offices with 24 exam rooms. The second floor would house the ASC, which would include two procedure rooms and four operating rooms.

The town planning board is expected to consider the proposal at its Dec. 13 meeting.
