National Cardiovascular Management to complete medical campus, ASC in 2020 — 3 highlights

Phoenix-based National Cardiovascular Management is developing a medical campus that will feature a multispecialty ASC.

Three highlights:

1. National Cardiovascular Management’s AKOS Medical Campus will be part of the growing Avondale Health-Tech Corridor in Avondale, Ariz.

2. AKOS Medical Campus will feature two 68,000-square-foot medical office buildings. In addition to the ASC, future tenants include a 24-hour urgent care clinic.

3. The project is on track for completion in February 2020, according to Tim Cozatt, COO of National Cardiovascular Management and former COO of telemedicine startup Akos MD.
