The Chillicothe Medical and Surgical Center will total 75,000 square feet. It will be located near Adena Regional Medical Center, according to a March 7 press release.

The three-story facility is expected to open in September 2026 and will house podiatry, orthopedics, primary care, urgent care, cosmetic surgery, general surgery, physical therapy and neurosurgery.

Brian Cohen, MD, owner of Cohen Orthopedic, credits Zimmer Biomet and commercial real estate firm CBRE for making the project a reality.
