Medical City Frisco prepares to break ground on $35M medical office building, surgery center: 3 highlights

Medical City Frisco (Texas) plans to build a five-story medical office building and surgery center south of the hospital, Community Impact Newspaper reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The groundbreaking is scheduled for November.

2. The $35 million building is expected to open in late 2019.

3. In June, Medical City Frisco CEO Charles Gressle told Community Impact the medical office building will “have a mix of everything,” including pediatricians, OB-GYNs, primary care physicians, oncology, radiation and surgical specialists.
