Medical building with ASC coming to Dallas area

Healthcare real estate firm Caddis is building a medical office building with an ASC in Frisco, Texas, Dallas Business Journal reported March 15.

The Frisco Medical Pavilion II includes space for an ASC on its ground floor. The building’s plans include multiple 20,000-square-foot stories, with elevators large enough for gurneys.

Construction is set to begin later in 2022 and wrap up by summer 2023, the report said. Financial details were not disclosed.
