MedCore Partners developing medical office building, ASC — Spine Team Texas to anchor

MedCore Partners is developing a two-story, 65,000-square-foot, class A medical office building and ASC, which Southlake-based Spine Team Texas will anchor.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The building will be on Fort Worth-based Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance’s campus.

2. The center will also house Texas Health Spine Surgery Center-Alliance, a spine-focused ASC.

3. MedCore said the center is currently set to be 70 percent occupied upon opening.

4. MedCore believes the center will be occupancy-ready by the first quarter of 2020.
