What you should know:
1. The multispecialty surgery center will offer orthopedics, gynecology, urology, general and vascular surgery, and ENT procedures.
2. Natick Surgery Center will be the second surgery center the joint venture has opened.
3. The groups are turning an existing office building into the surgery center. They expect to spend $10 million on the renovations.
4. The center will have three operating rooms, a preoperative space and a post-anesthesia care unit, among others.
