Lurie Children’s opens 75K-square-foot outpatient center

Lurie Children’s Hospital has cut the ribbon on a 75,000-square-foot outpatient center in Schaumburg, Ill., according to a Sept. 30 report from CBS News

Cardiology, hematology/oncology, epilepsy treatment and pulmonology services are among the specialties offered at the new center.

The facility consolidates former locations in Arlington Heights, Hoffman Estates and Huntley, Ill., into one center. 

Lurie Children’s now has a network of 17 outpatient centers in Illinois, according to its website.
