Lehigh Valley Health Network opens $27M medical office building

Allentown, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Health Network has opened a $27 million medical office building at its Lehigh Valley Hospital-Macungie campus, according to a Dec. 12 report from The Morning Call.

The three-story facility opened on Dec. 12 in Lower Macungie Township, Pa., and houses multiple physician specialties, including lab medicine, family medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, outpatient adult rehabilitation and cardiac and vascular diagnostic testing. 

The LVHN-Macungie hospital was first announced in 2022 and is slated to open in 2024. It is one of several neighborhood hospitals the system hopes to open in the region.
