Here are five things to know:
1. The $20 million project will separate the former Macy’s space from the rest of the mall’s structure.
2. Health Quest expects to use more than 80,000 of the 110,000 square feet occupied by the former Macy’s store.
3. The new facility will feature urgent care, imaging, a phlebotomy lab, primary care, a physical therapy gym, oncology and cardiology services.
4. Health Quest expects to employ 40 healthcare providers at the new facility.
5. The new facility is expected to open by the end of 2019. A planned ASC is expected to open in 2020.
