TriStar Summit Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is planning to file a certificate of need to create a freestanding emergency department in Lebanon, Tenn., according to a July 17 report from Davidson County Source.
The $18 million facility will have 11 treatment rooms, including one trauma room, a laboratory and imaging services.
TriStar Summit also operates another ER facility in Wilson County, Tenn., which had more than 22,000 patient visits in 2024.
The TriStar Lebanon ER will be a satellite location of TriStar Summit’s main emergency department, the report said.
