Hammes breaks ground on 48,000-square-foot Arizona medical office building

Healthcare real estate developer Hammes has broken ground on a 48,000-square-foot medical office building in Buckeye, Ariz.

Planned services to be offered at the multi-tenant building include physical therapy, internal medicine, primary and multispecialty care, imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, specialized pediatrics and lab. 

The project is expected to be completed in early 2024, according to a May 2 press release.
