2. The Georgia Department of Community Health previously rejected the group’s request to establish an ASC. The practice appealed the decision in March 2018 and had a hearing in October 2018.
3. Georgia Arrhythmia Consultants and Research Institute’s latest request was filed in November 2018. The project is now pending approval.
4. Felix Sogade, MD, a provider at Georgia Arrhythmia Consultants and Research Institute, is listed as the contact person for the project application.
