The plans would turn a 43,000-square-foot fitness facility into a cardiovascular outpatient ambulatory surgery treatment center.
Construction is slated to begin later this year, with patients being welcomed in 2026.
The two organizations also acquired a four-story, 80,000-square-foot outpatient medical office building in Columbus, Ohio, earlier this year.
