Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers wins approval for medical office building, surgery center: 3 highlights

The Elizabethtown, Ky., Department of Planning and Development approved Louisville, Ky.-based Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers’ development plan for a new medical office building and surgery center, The News-Enterprise reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The development earned approval with requested waivers Nov. 27. It still must clear the Elizabethtown City Council.

2. The proposed structure will be 29,000 square feet.

3. Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers has five offices in Kentucky and one in Jeffersonville, Ind.
