Birmingham, Ala.-based Baptist Health has signed a lease as a lead tenant for the Riverwalk Health & Wellness Center in Hoover, Ala., according to an Oct. 7 report from AL.com.
Baptist Health will occupy about 25% of the center and will operate a multispecialty ASC and multispecialty clinic.
Baptist Health operates six additional surgery centers throughout Alabama, according to its website.
Riverwalk Health & Wellness Center, which is set to open in 2028, is part of a 90-acre mixed-use district.
Seale Harris Clinic, a primary care and family medicine practice, also signed on as a lead tenant, the report said.
