ASC coming to 102,000-square-foot mixed-use development

A new mixed-use medical office development featuring an ASC is coming to Englewood, Colo., the Colorado Real Estate Journal reports.

What you should know:

1. The development, Synergy Medical, will be 102,000 square feet.

2. The development will serve Englewood-based Swedish Medical Center.

3. Several tenants have committed to the development, including an ASC, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons and plastic surgeons, among others.

4. The space’s retail offerings will include a restaurant and a coffee shop for now. Developers expect there to be more offerings in the future.
