Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark., has purchased a $5.6 million medical office building and 15 acres of land adjacent to its main campus, Arkansas Business reported April 7.
The 19,000-square-foot medical office building will house several specialties, including a sleep disorder clinic and wound center.
WRMC purchased the property from Surgery Clinic North Hills Investment, which acquired the property for $1.9 million in 2007.
