75K-square-foot medical office building planned in Florida

A three-story, 75,000-square-foot medical office building has been planned at the Medical Center at Wellen Park in Venice, Fla., according to a July 11 report from ABC affiliate WWSB.

The facility will provide multidisciplinary medical suites for physicians and specialists and will be managed by CASTO Healthcare Real Estate. 

Construction on the project will begin in late 2023, and it is expected to open in early to mid-2025.
