The property was constructed in partnership with Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio-based Western Reserve Hospital. The new three-story building is valued at $20.2 million, according to the report.
The building will be anchored by Western Reserve Hospital and the independent physician network Unity Health Network, and it will provide services including endocrinology, gastroenterology, medical weight loss, orthopedics, lab and imaging, rheumatology, ophthalmology, primary care, infusion and podiatry.
Anchor Health Properties has expanded its portfolio throughout the first half of the year, also acquiring a 38,327-square-foot medical office building in Grove City, Ohio, and a 34,681-square-foot building in Sebastian, Fla.
In July, the real estate company purchased the 91,940-square-foot Forsyth Physicians Center in Atlanta.
