42K-square-foot medical office built in Las Vegas

A 42,000-square-foot medical office building has been completed in Las Vegas, according to a Sept. 9 report from REBusiness Online.

The facility was completed by Agora Realty & Management, which has invested more than $200 million to support development in the area, adding 125,000 square feet of office and medical office space. 

The new medical office building will be partially occupied by Pueblo Medical Imaging Services, who has leased 7,500 square feet of space.
