31-physician orthopedic group aims to elevate care at $30M ASC

Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (Conn.) aims to offer enhanced outpatient surgical care at its new $30 million facility, according to commercial real estate firm Colliers International.

The 48,000-square-foot Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center in Rocky Hill (Conn.) is one of four outpatient surgery centers owned and operated by Orthopedic Associates of Hartford.

An entire level within the center is dedicated to surgery. The lower level features office suites and physical therapy services.

Orthopedic Associates of Hartford’s 31 orthopedic specialists practice across 16 locations, serving more than 100,000 patients annually.
