Its first tenant will be an unnamed local ASC, which will occupy 25,000 square feet of the property, according to the report. The building will total 55,354 square feet.
The building currently has space for five more tenants. It has been in the works since 2016, and several other big-name healthcare providers, including Pearland, Texas-based Kelsey Seybold and Houston-based St. Luke’s, have opened facilities nearby.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
