Its first tenant will be an unnamed local ASC, which will occupy 25,000 square feet of the property, according to the report. The building will total 55,354 square feet.
The building currently has space for five more tenants. It has been in the works since 2016, and several other big-name healthcare providers, including Pearland, Texas-based Kelsey Seybold and Houston-based St. Luke’s, have opened facilities nearby.
