3-story ASC, medical office building in North Carolina gets footing — 5 details

An ASC and medical office building is taking shape in Mooresville, N.C., according to Edifice General Contractors.

Five details:

1. Community Health Systems, Nest Homes, Davis Stokes Collaborative, P.C. Architects and Edifice are partnering on the development.

2. The 31,000-square-foot ASC and medical office building will be three stories tall.

3. The first floor will feature an operating suite and room for a future second suite.

4. Physician office, conference and retail space for the ASC will occupy the top two floors.

5. Edifice published a video rendering and photos of the project. The building’s footings — which help prevent settling as part of the foundation — are now complete.
