2 medical office buildings in NYC area acquired

Healthcare real estate firm Montecito Medical acquired two medical office buildings in Livingston and New Province, N.J.

The combined 131,000 square feet of space is fully leased, according to a June 27 news release from Montecito Medical.

Summit Health is the anchor tenant for both buildings. 

Montecito Medical acquired the buildings from the Silverman Group, a real estate development company.
