For post surgical care, the center includes a rehabilitation facility. The ASC is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care.

Mississippi Valley Surgery Center (Davenport, Iowa). Surgeons at Mississippi Valley Surgery Center perform total hip replacement, cervical and lumbar spine surgery and arthroscopic hand and elbow surgery. The ASC is a member of the Mississippi Valley Health Network and affiliated with the network's independent physician practices. It was opened in 1996 and supported by a small group of physicians at that time. Since then, it has grown to accommodate approximately 12,000 procedures per year and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. In addition to orthopedics, physicians perform GI, general surgery, ophthalmology and urology procedures at the center.

The 46,000-square-foot Muir Orthopaedic Specialists Care Center houses the medical group and the Sequoia Surgical Pavilion, an outpatient surgery center for orthopedic and subspecialty patients. The physicians at the center offer orthopedic surgical and rehabilitation services, including minimally invasive total hip replacement and anterior minimally invasive hip replacement surgeries. Muir Orthopaedic Specialists' physicians are affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America and Scoliosis Research Society.

Newport Orthopedic Institute (Newport Beach, Calif.). Newport Orthopedic Institute's 16 board-certified or board-eligible specialists perform a wide range of services at its three locations, including sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery and adult reconstruction/joint replacement. They also offer treatment for disorders of the spine, foot and ankle and orthopedic trauma services. According to James T. Caillouette, MD, chairman of the institute, total hip replacements offer opportunity for rapid recovery and also offer the opportunity to create a bundled payment. There is also an increased demand for total hip replacement surgeries. The institute's Newport Beach location houses four operating rooms, and the institute's physicians have developed a unique partnership with Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach to create a patient-centered value-based facility called Hoag Orthopedic Institute.

Northern Wyoming Surgical Center (Cody, Wyo.). At Northern Wyoming Surgical Center, surgeons perform total knee replacement, total hip replacement and total shoulder replacements. The surgery center has been serving its community for more than 10 years and is a member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. It has two operating rooms, a procedure room and capability for 23-hour stays. In addition to orthopedic joint replacements, surgeons at the center provide neurosurgery and spine care, general surgery, urology, endoscopy, ophthalmology and pain management.

Founded in 1982, OA Centers for Orthopaedics provides comprehensive orthopedic care services, including surgical treatments for foot, ankle, hand, shoulder, knee, hip and joint conditions. Surgeons at the center also perform joint reconstruction of the hip and minimally invasive anterolateral total hip surgeries, which is referred to as the "24-Hour Hip," because patients are discharged within 24 hours after surgery. OA's orthopedic surgery center includes two operating rooms, which support MRIs, CT scans and X-rays. In 2006, the center performed an outpatient total hip surgery, which it believes to be the first one performed in a freestanding surgery center. There are 22 physicians practicing at The OA Center for Orthopaedics, and it is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
