1. Mr. Dragolovic was with SCA and Optum for approximately seven years. He served as the senior vice president of practice growth and transformation at Optum.
2. In his role, he managed a portfolio of surgery centers and specialty hospitals in the Western U.S. worth approximately $500 million.
3. He also played an integral role in helping centers transition to value-based care.
