Indianapolis-based Elevance Health was ranked the best large healthcare company to work for and Coral Gables, Fla.-based Baptist Health South Florida was ranked the best health system to work for in Fortune's "Best Workplaces in Health Care," released Sept. 6.
Fortune and Great Place to Work received more than 208,000 responses from employees at companies eligible for the list. Employees complete a survey with quantitative and qualitative feedback via 60 statements on a five-point scale and two open-ended questions.
