The jump was driven largely by a surge in stock awards, which climbed from $15.1 million to $31.7 million year over year. Since taking the helm, Dr. Sutaria’s annual pay has ranged from $18.5 million to $43.1 million, totaling roughly $129.3 million over the five-year period.
