Spectrum Vision Partners named a top workplace

Garden City, N.Y.-based Spectrum Vision Partners made Newsday’s list of “Top Long Island Workplaces for 2019,” coming in at No. 13.

The private equity-backed Spectrum Vision Partners was recognized for its employee-facing satisfaction initiatives. Newsday worked with Energage to survey Long Island employees to collect their thoughts on organization health and if they felt valued by their employer.

SVP has nearly 800 employees on its staff. The organization manages ophthalmology practices and ASCs across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
