1. Chairman, President and CEO Kelvyn Cullimore is stepping down from those positions and will continue serving as a non-employee member of the board of directors.
2. The company plans to appoint a new CEO by June 30.
3. Erin Enright was named chairman of the board, effective immediately, and will lead a search committee to select Mr. Cullimore’s successor as CEO. She has been a director of Dynatronics since 2015.
4. There will no longer be a Dynatronics president. Veteran medical device executive Brian Baker was appointed president of the company’s new Therapy Products Division, which assumes the operations Dynatronics Corp. undertook before it acquired Hausmann Industries and Bird & Cronin.
5. Dynatronics manufactures and distributes advanced technology medical devices, orthopedic soft goods and therapy products and supplies.
