Hershey, Pa.-based Penn State Health appointed Bradley Stevens vice president of ambulatory services.
Mr. Stevens will help lead the health system’s ambulatory strategy as Penn State Health transitions to a unified Penn State Health Medical Group, according to a May 11 news release. He will oversee efforts to expand access and improve patient and provider experience across outpatient clinics and ambulatory sites.
He joins Penn State Health from Penn Medicine Lancaster (Pa.) General Hospital, where he most recently served as executive director and vice president of orthopedics and neurosciences. He held the role for the past 10 years.
Before that, Mr. Stevens served as regional director of ambulatory and primary care operations at Penn Medicine Lancaster General. During his tenure, he led initiatives focused on expanding outpatient services, improving patient access and coordinating care across the provider network, the release said.
Mr. Stevens succeeds Steve Speece, who retired from the vice president role in December 2025. Mike Westerberg, who had been covering the position’s responsibilities, remains senior director of ambulatory services.
