Ms. Blackstock previously spent one year as the administrator of University Center for Ambulatory Surgery in Riverdale, Md., and nine years as the administrator of Advanced Surgery Center, a two-procedure room endoscopy center with 32 employees.
In her current role, Ms. Blackstock oversees the AAAHC-accredited surgery center that includes gynecology, urology, orthopedics and pain management. The center has 27 physician owners and includes 23-hour stays for complex cases.
