“There’s nothing worse than a non-doc telling you how to take care of patients.”
“wVRU targets are a terrible way to compensate for quality work; with no differentiation given based on years of experience.”
“It can be hard to make sensible changes, given the hierarchical structure and administrative complaints.”
“You can always be asked to leave due to no fault of your own, and it takes a long time to get a new state license, credentialing, etc., even after finding a new job.”
“When the only thing that’s important is how many patients you can see … it’s demoralizing for me as a physician.”
