Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare has named Cynthia Cifuentes-Finkel senior vice president of marketing and corporate affairs, effective June 8, 2026.
According to an April 28 press release, Ms. Cifuentes-Finkel will lead enterprise marketing, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. She will report to Mike McAlevey, executive vice president, chief legal and administrative officer.
She brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare, consumer marketing and global media. She spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, most recently serving as regional vice president of communications and strategic partnerships for Southern California and Hawaii, the organization’s largest division serving nearly 5 million patients.
Ms. Cifuentes-Finkel succeeds Deb Reiner, who retired after more than 25 years with HCA Healthcare.
