HCA Healthcare CEO named top-paid industry leader — Rankings for Pfizer, Tenet & more

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare’s R. Milton Johnson made a higher salary than any other healthcare CEO in 2018, according to Axios.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare CEO Ron Rittenmeyer was the 34th highest-paid health executive in 2018, earning $10,280,228 in actual realized stock gains. Mr. Johnson and Mr. Rittenmeyer were among the 62 highest-paid healthcare CEOs in the U.S., who made a combined $1.1 billion in 2018.
