1. Dr. Acevedo specializes in interventional pain and regenerative medicine.
2. He joined the Florida Specialty Surgery Center this fall, after completing a pain management fellowship at Scranton, Pa.-based Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates.
3. Dr. Acevedo completed 19 procedures during his first day in the operating room at Florida Specialty Surgery Center. His first OR day was in late October.
