Compensation packages for ASC leaders: 8 statistics

Nearly one-fourth of ASC leaders surveyed have an annual compensation package in the range of $120,000 to $149,999, according to OR Manager‘s 2019 Salary/Career Survey.

OR Manager collected data from 196 ASC leaders from March 28 to May 31. Respondents were either OR Manager subscribers or part of an external list.

There were 177 leaders who reported the total dollar value of their current annual compensation package:

Less than $80,000: 11 percent
$80,000 to $89,999: 12 percent
$90,000 to $99,999: 16 percent
$100,000 to $119,999: 19 percent
$120,000 to $149,999: 23 percent
$150,000 to $174,999: 11 percent
$175,000 to $199,999: 5 percent
$200,000 or more: 3 percent
