Raleigh, N.C.-based Compass Surgical Partners has named John Hammack as chief financial officer.
Mr. Hammack brings experience leading multisite organizations through growth and transformation across healthcare, technology and real estate, according to an Oct. 8 system news release..
At Compass, Mr. Hammack will oversee financial strategy and infrastructure to provide physician and health system partners with real-time operational insights.
His background includes expertise in mergers and acquisitions and a focus on using finance as a driver of growth, efficiency and long-term sustainability for ASC partnerships. His addition will support the company’s development and management of high-performing ASCs nationwide, the release said.
