The Ambulatory Surgery Center Association named 10 ASC leaders to its 2026 10 Under 40 list, released in October.

This is the second year of the program. Nominees had to be ASCA members or work at an ASCA member facility. They also had to be younger than 40 as of Dec. 31 and show measurable impact on their facility or the ASC community within the past 12 months, according to an article on the association’s website.

Three judges selected the honorees. They were Tina DiMarino, RN, co-founder and CEO of Street, Md.-based Custom Surgical Partners; Laurie Roderiques, RN, director of clinical services and infection prevention consultant for Rochester, N.Y.-based Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies; and Allison Stock, RN, COO of Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Surgical Management Professionals.

Ms. Stock said reviewing the nominations showed her “the future of the ASC industry is in very capable hands.”
