Mr. Fetter has extensive management experience, serving in various senior management positions at Tenet between 1995 and 2000. He launched his management career at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, where he specifically worked on corporate finance and advisory services for healthcare and the entertainment industry.
He is a board of directors’ member for Hartford Financial Services Group. Additionally, Mr. Fetter sits on the board of dean’s advisors for Boston-based Harvard Business School. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
