Dr. Fowler founded surgery center management company Interventional Management Services, as well. He has performed more than 12,000 epidurals and revolutionary pain procedures throughout his career.
Dr. Fowler is a member of several organizations including the American Academy of Pain Medicine, National Pain Foundation and American Pain Society, among others. He earned his doctorate degree and underwent specialty training at Atlanta-based Emory University.
