5 highest-paying states for RNs

Washington, D.C., is the highest paying area for registered nurses, according to Medical Group Management Association’s “Datadive Management and Staff Compensation Data Report.”

The report includes data on more than 157,000 management and staff positions from more than 2,940 organizations.

Here are the five highest-paying states for RNs:

  1. Washington, D.C.
  2. Maryland
  3. Washington
  4. New York
  5. Arizona
