3 tips for ASCs in 2019 from a health law attorney

Brach Eichler Managing Member and Health Law Chair John Fanburg drew on his experience counseling ASCs to share three key tips for the year ahead.

Here’s the advice he shared:

1. Keep costs down.
2. Review managed care contracts to see if the time is right for renegotiation.
3. Remove non-performing physicians, consistent with the ASC’s governing documents and applicable local law.
