15 ASC company executive moves in 2019

Becker's ASC Review reported the following ASC company executive moves so far in 2019:

Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International named Owen Morris — a former Goldman Sachs leader — its new CFO.

Cindy Key, RN, the former manager of Jasper-based Alabama Outpatient Surgery Center, was named chief nursing officer of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper.

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners nominated John Deane, the former CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based Southwind Health Partners, to fill a soon-to-be vacant seat on its board of directors.

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Spero Health selected former Envision Healthcare leader Clint Cromwell to serve as its chief legal officer. Mr. Cromwell was previously enterprise mergers and acquisitions counsel for Nashville-based Envision, where he led efforts to acquire physician organizations and healthcare facilities.

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare named Greg Lowe president of its Asheville, N.C., division.

U.S. Urology Partners selected Jay Rom as its vice president of ASC operations; Peter Myhre as director of physician partnerships; Greg Long as CFO; and Peter Knapp, MD, as a member of its board of directors.

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest named Scott Davis CEO, effective April 8.

Mark Barnhart became CEO of Seattle-based Proliance Surgeons, a physician-owned and managed surgical practice, effective Feb. 1.

Dallas-based Eyecare Services Partners, a practice ownership and management company, named George Neal CEO, appointed Aaron Cho as CFO, and brought Susan Ludwick on board as senior vice president of optical services.

HCA Houston Healthcare tapped Evan Ray as executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
