1. Dr. Awan earned his medical degree from Chicago-based University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Farmington-based University of Connecticut.
2. He has a special interest in skin cancer, psoriasis and cosmetic dermatology.
3. Dr. Awan said, “The best part of the job is developing lasting relationships with patients and families from all backgrounds and walks of life.”
4. Outside of his practice, he enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, biking and traveling.
