1. Ms. Arbour has more than 30 years of IT operations experience. She most recently was president of ProV International’s ServiceNow business unit.
2. Ms. Quintana most recently was with the Quintana Group, where she was CEO.
She also worked at PepsiCo, where she was senior vice president of multicultural sales and marketing. She has more than 30 years of corporate experience.
